Pneumatic or Electric?
Pneumatic
is just more faster than electric for empty and cleaning the cartridges. It is for large scale production. Any electrical machine can be converted to pneumatic (let us quote you). Refill is always electric and by pump.
Electric?
You
can order your machine transformer in 110V or 220V. By security, all machines
uses an external transformer with less then 12V DC output. Therefore it is also possible to connect the machines to 12V DC batteries (in car usage).
Pneumatic?
A normal compressor 1 cylinder 90 PSI 150 liters is enough for 2
or 3 machines. We deliver machines with quick connect. You connect
only our air tubing from compressor to the machine. Every pneumatic machine (except tape machine) is equipped
by an air manometer control in Bar/PSI and dry air.
Training
/ How to use?
Our
machines are easy to use by common people. We delivery CD-Rom an
notice on how to use it and give you an unlimited assistance by
email (reply within 48H (business day only), even after warranty is expired).You
can follow our free training "How to Use the Machines?" in Thailand or in France. (we can
also arrange hotel accommodation and take care all your travel). For beginner, we provide special training, how to refill, is special course for beginner. See our concept "Master Cartridges"
Guarantee?
All our Products come with a 2 year guarantee on body and holders and 1 year guarantee on electric and pneumatic parts. All the spare parts
are compatible around the world and are easy to change by yourself. We can help you for that. We solve 99.5% of all problems by E-Mail and if needed, we send the spare parts by DHL within 48 hours (business day).
Cleaning
/ Emptying?
Yes,
all our refill machines have at least this double function. All models
remove old ink inside the cartridge before to refill by cleaning emptying.
The emptying process is by print head for all models.
How
to setup the exact amount of ink?
Our
machines are equipped with digital timer. Easy! Setup exactly the mL you want and the machine refill the amount of ink.
Quality
of the machines?
Our machines are made by professional re fillers. Those machines are easy to use, they do not require complex maintenance or complex training.
All pneumatic or electric parts are standard and can be replace easily if needed. We send them everywhere in the world by any courier.
Depending on the model, the machines can be in strong PVC Blue, para wood aluminum fiber or steel galvanized body. Pumps
are imported from Japan.
The electrical equipment of our refilling machine use voltage rating of between 3 to 24 volts direct current (DC).,this equipment is harmonized with the CE directive low voltage and electromagnetic compatibility 72/73/CEE .

Does the machines prime the cartridge?
Yes,
all our refilling machine can do ....Priming is vacuum few times after refill to be sure the ink come from the head before print
How
to change ink tank?
Some
machines are equipped by special switch allowing ink to go back automatically in the tank if you need to change the ink. But almost all of our machines no need to change ink, they have there own tubing for every model
How
the machine reject used ink?
Every
machine has special own tubing to reject used ink
for every tank of ink, just connect the tubing into the empty tank. Some of the machine are delivered with a glass collector bottle
Can
I use all ink around the world?
Yes
you can use all brand ink name all over the world. (Dye or pigment)
If
machine don't work, Can I repair myself?
Yes,
you send us an E-mail, and we help you to solve the problem in
24 hours.
What
is the maintenance?
No
maintenance. Only flush the system with pure water after use.
How
long to repair the machine if I can not repair myself?
We
repair all machine in 48 hours (business day) . We have after sales services in France. The transportation is at your charge.
